WW1 Zeppelin L48 Shot Down Theberton 1917 salvaged aluminium

A scarce original piece of handcrafted aluminium in the form of a ring commemorating the 'Zeppelin L48' which was shot down and crashed in flames at Holly Tree Farm, Theberton, Suffolk on June 17th 1917 with only 2 crewmen surviving. The inside inscribed "17 6 17 Theberton". Very good condition.
