A scarce original superb quality 'Girl Guides Trefoil Promise gold badge', bearing fretted star to the top leaf and title scroll below, the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1935, maker's details "J.A.Wylie & Co London" "Regd No 671782" a registered, design and patent date of 1919, and engraved initials. Very good clean condition, retaining original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order, minimal wear, an excellent example.
