WW2 FAP Spitfire fundraising enamel badge

A rare original wartime fundraising badge, in the form of a silver plated miniature spitfire fighter plane, this very unusual example inlaid with red enamel and titled "F.A.P"; the reverse with curved maker's details impressed in relief "H.W.Miller Ltd Branston St B'Ham.18" Very good condition, retaining original coiled pin fittings, enamel intact, one or two stress lines to fuselage, wear to silver plating.
