WW1 Canadian Red Cross Society 1914 -1915 Visitor badge

A splendid example of a Great War period British made 'Canadian Red Cross Society 1914-1915 gilt badge'; from a curved white enamel bar inscribed "Visitor" depends a circular medal, the outer title surround in blue, the centre bearing white 'Maple Leaf' with red cross, upon red enamel ground. Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings and red silk ribbon, enamel perfect, gilt finish remains bright.
