Boy Scouts 1948 Medal of Merit award

A good original post-war period '4th pattern Medal of Merit, the reverse impressed with maker's details "Collins London" and inscribed "A.W. Phillips 4.2.48". Very good condition, retaining original silk ribbon and suspension bar with pin fittings, gilt remains bright.
