London Airport pre-1966 set of four aeroplane badges

A good original set of pre-1966 promotional badges, in the form of a chromium plated miniature jet airliners, each with dark blue enamel fuselages inscribed "London Airport", each with different coloured enamel wings, white, yellow, red and light blue; the reverse bearing maker's details "Squire, England. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect.

'London Airport' opened in 1946. In 1966 the airport was renamed 'Heathrow'.
