A scarce original pre-1977 'York County Hospital nurses qualification badge'; gilt circular example bearing the York City Coat of Arms over the 'White Rose of the House of York', within blue enamel title surround inscribed in 'Old English'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect except for a nick to top of the sheild.
