A scarce original circa 1950 -1966 period "Unattached Officer District Commissioner hat badge"; chromium plated arrowhead in circle bearing "Boy Scouts" motto scroll below. Very good clean condition, complete with original purple nylon plume, bobbles top and bottom and slider fitting to reverse.
