Festival of Britain 1951 cufflinks & tie clip badge by Stratton

A scarce original souvenir from the 'Festival of Britain 1951 National Exhibition' comprising a pair gilt and enamel cufflinks' each bearing the emblem designed by 'Abram Games' which depicts the profile of Britannia's head with crested helmet on the north point of a four-pointed compass rose, inlaid with enamel in the traditional red, white and blue colours of the Union Flag; on their original card backing and contained in a Festival of Britain presentation card case. Very good mint condition, retaining original spring chains, enamel perfect.
Together with a Festival of Britain tie clip, the reverse impressed with the Stratton mark.
