Boy Scouts Scoutmaster Officer 2nd pattern silver hat badge

A good example of an original circa 1920's "Scoutmaster Officer's hat badge", silver arrowhead in circle bearing "Be Prepared" motto scroll below; the reverse impressed 'Silver", maker's details "Collins London" and registered, design and patent number "Rd 535292" for 1909. Very good condition, no dents or distortions, complete with original green bristle plume, correct amount of bobbles top and bottom (slightly bent backwards) and two flat loop fittings with split pin, an excellent example.
