A rare original '1901 Newmarket Private Stand Racecourse badge', the reverse with maker's details "Bowman Limited 68 & 70 Goswell Rd London" impressed with official issue number "98" and engraved "£5". Very good condition, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright and complete with original cord.
