Torch of Knowledge nurses buckle

A scarce chromium plated nurse's buckle, both sides depicting a winged torch of knowledge resting in a narrow laurel wreath set upon an ornate trefoil. Very good condition, complete with both belt loops, minor touch of verdigris to reverse.
