Brigade ambulance proficiency advanced certificate badge c1923-1956

A good original circa 1940's 'Boys Brigade Ambulance proficiency' die-cast nickel badge, shield shaped and bearing in relief a 'red painted cross' to the centre, flanked by 'B' 'B' letters, this example with additional red felt cloth backing to signify that an 'Advanced Certificate' having been awarded. Very good condition, retaining original vertical tube joint pin fitting and hooked catch, no sign of any moth to the felt, an excellent example.
