London General Omnibus Company LGOC cap badge circa 1910

A good original 'London General Omnibus Company brass cap badge' used from 1910 and worn by both driver's and conductor's; designed in the form of a 'Winged Wheel' of the Greek God Hermes, a symbol of safe travel. Very good condition, retaining original two loop fittings to reverse and complete with split pin, brass finish now toned.
