Brooklands Automobile Racing Club BARC 1923 member badge

A rare original '1923 Brooklands Automobile Racing Club gilt and enamel gentleman's membership badge', the reverse with maker's details "W.O.Lewis (Badges) Ltd. Birmingham" and impressed with official issue number "No 784". Very good condition, complete with original cord, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minor verdigris stain under ring suspention, gilt remains bright.
