Robertson pre-war Jolly Golly Golfer badge on display card

A very good example of a scarce original pre-war 'Robertson's Jolly Golly Golfer Badge' wearing yellow waistcoat with pockets and displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred', the reverse stamped in relief with a Registration, Design and Patent number "Regd 729156" for the year 1927 and with maker's details "H.W.Miller Branston St B'Ham.18". Excellent condition, retaining original coiled pin fitting and hooked catch, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Complete with display card stating "The World's Best Marmalades Golden Shred Silver Shred" "With Compliments James Robertson's Preserves Reg. Design".
