Vintage Motor Cycle Club original badge

A scarce original circa late 1940's 'Vintage Motor Cycle Club badge', rectangular brass example bearing the "VMCC" club's bell shaped logo in dark blue and light blue enamel, the reverse impressed with maker's details "Birmingham Medal & Badge Co Ltd". Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings typical of the period, enamel perfect.

The 'Vintage Motor Cycle Club' was formed in 1946 by 'Charles Edmond Allen', his objective was to promote the use and preservation of 'Vintage' machines prior to December 1930.
