For Home and Country Welsh WI silver badge

A very scarce original circa 1930's 'National Federation of the Women's Institute badge', silver gilt oval, the fretted centre bearing a 'Welsh Red Dragon', flanked by a red enamel rose and Canadian maple leaf, with Welsh translation "For Home and Country" inlaid in green; the reverse impressed "Sterling Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
