WW1 British Red Cross Society medal proficiency first aid

A scarce Great War period issue 'British Red Cross Society Proficiency in First Aid medal' with additional 1916 and 1917 bars, awarded to "8025 Frederick Sargent, Ryde" Isle of Wight, Hampshire; the reverse with maker's details "J.R.Gaunt London". Very good condition complete with original ribbon and suspension bar with pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
