A scarce original circa 1963 period 'Girl Guides Commissioner trefoil promise badge', bearing fretted star to the top leaf and title scroll below, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1963, maker's details 'D.G.C' (Daniel George Collins) and 'Girl Guides REG TRADE MARK'. Very good clean condition, complete with original pin fittings, minimal wear, an excellent example.
