Boy Scouts Medal of Merit second award for 1944

A very scarce original Second World War period '4th issue Medal of Merit and bar', the reverse inscribed "M.M. Lindsey 6.12.44". Very good condition, retaining original silk ribbon and suspension bar with pin fittings, gilt remains bright, minor manufacturers silver solder around suspension ring, complete with its original "Sir. D.George Collins" cardboard presentation case this now with age wear, otherwise an excellent example.
