A superb quality 'Royal Masonic Hospital Jewel', the top suspension bar bearing the letter's "F.H" (Freemason's Hospital), the reverse impressed with Birmingham 9 carat gold hallmarks for 1934 and maker’s details “Spencer London". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
