National Cyclists Union felt cloth embroidered badge circa 1940s

A scarce circa 1940's 'National Cyclists Union sew on cloth badge'; large circular black felt example bearing the "NCU" logo, embroidered in red, white, blue and yellow silks, the reverse with black paper lining. Very good condition.
