WW1 Jack Cornwell VC Boy Scout fundraising flag day badge

A scarce original First World War single sided paper flag day badge in the form of a 'Victoria Cross' depicting an image of 'Boy Cornwell' to the centre with the title below "Jack Cornwell V.C." Good clean condition, complete with original pin (rusty), colour remain bright, minor crease to bottom arm of the cross.
Width 31mm.

The 'Jack Cornwell Memorial Fund' was established in September 1916 to finance a ward in his name for disabled sailors at the 'Star and Garter Home, Richmond'.
