Masonic St.Georges Lodge No 3 Founders Jewel

A fine quality very scarce '1914 French Masonic Founders Jewel'; silver gilt barbed quatrefoil medal bearing the title "St.Georges Lodge No 3 G.L.N.I.R.F" (Grand Lodge Nationale Indépendante et Régulière pour la France), the centre mounted with the voided figure of 'St.George and the Dragon', the reverse impressed with London silver hallmarks for 1914 and maker's details "Spencer London". Excellent condition, retaining original red silk ribbon and 'Founder' suspension bar with single pin fitting, enamel perfect.
