WW1 Yarrow Military Hospital bronze war service medal

A scarce Great War period bronze full sized medal; within an oak wreath oval surround a shield bearing raised title 'Yarrow Military Hospital 1914-1916', the reverse inscribed "In Recognition of His Sympathetic Help To The Wounded Soldiers" "Presented to A.Lowings" Very good condition, complete with white silk ribbon bearing embroidered red cross and safety pin fittings.
