BOAC Airline 1960 silver blue speedbird 15 years service badge

A good original 'British Overseas Airways Corporation badge'; small gilded brass example bearing the blue enamel 'Speedbird logo' with light blue enamel shield below with the number "15" and mounted on a slim bar; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1960 and maker's details "JRG&S" (J.R.Gaunt & Son). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel intact, some minor surface scratches.
