Queens Institute of District Nursing 1937 silver large pattern badge

A superb impressive award from the 'Queen's Institute of District Nursing'; large oval example displaying 'Queen Victoria Imperial Cypher' to voided centre, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1937, maker's details "J.R.G&S" (J.R.Gaunt & Sons) and official low number "257", complete with blue and grey silk neck ribbon with press stud catch. Very good condition.
