WW2 Air Raid Precautions emergency unit Irish ARP warden badge

A scarce original Second World War period 'Irish ARP warden's lapel badge', silver plated shield, inlaid with green enamel, bearing an 'Irish Harp' and "ARP" spread over each corner; the reverse impressed with official issue number "3711". Very good condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, service wear to silver plating on the front, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
