A scarce original 1940's period 'Percival Aircraft Ltd lapel badge', gilded brass example depicting a white gull in flight against a cloudy background of light blue and dark blue enamel, the reverse with maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham" and stamped with official issue number "585". Very good condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
