WW1 Womens War Agricultural Monmouth committee badge

A rare original First World War period 'Womens War Agricultural Committee Wales Monmouthshire, District Representative badge', gilded brass example inlaid with green enamel, the centre depicting a plough on furrowed ground, the reverse with maker's details "W.O.Lewis Howard St Birmm". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect, gilt remain bright, a superb example.
