RAF Royal Air Force Station Valley lapel badge c1940s

A good original pre 1953 period 'Royal Air Force Station Valley' small brass and enamel badge, depicting a 'Dragon Rampant holding a Portcullis' and with Latin motto "In Adversis Perfugium" (Refuge in Adversity), the reverse with maker's details "Emblems Ltd 15/19 Kingsway London W.C.2". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
