Aberdeen Line Steamship Company officers leather belt and buckle

A scarce original early 20th century 'Aberdeen Line Steamship Company waist belt clasp'; heavy gilt brass two-part construction, numbered to both parts, with swivel action fastening, the centre depicting a fouled anchor and crossed company's flag, within a title circlet and laurel wreath surround, the plain ends complete with adjustable patent leather belt, this with heavy age wear. Buckle in good condition, service wear to the gilt finish.
