A scarce 'Sharoe Green Hospital Preston nurse's badge', the centre bearing a hand painted enamel shield of the 'Preston Borough Council Coat of Arms' a Paschal Lamb supporting a Cross-Staff; the reverse impressed "Silver" and low issue number "66". Good condition, retaining original pin fittings, ring to accommodate a safety chain, enamel with minor service wear to lower half.
