WW1 BRCS & Order of St John officers felt cloth uniform badge

A rare original very large felt embroidered cloth badge, worn during the First World War by a member of the joint War Organisation of the 'British Red Cross Society and Order of St John'; the reverse with official ink issue number "2320" and name 'Dormer". Very good condition, colours remain bright, no traces of any moth.
