Kidderminster & District General Hospital 1929 silver nurses badge

A scarce 'Kidderminster & District General Hospital nurse's badge', unusual design in the form of a wide bar depicting an early medical instrument inlaid with blue enamel, with the initial "K. & D.G.H."; the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1929 and maker's details "W.J.D" (William James Dingley, Birmingham). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
