Boys Brigade fireman proficiency pre war frosted silver badge

A scarce original pre-war 'Boys Brigade Firemans' Proficiency badge', die-cast frosted silver plated fireman's helmet superimposed over crossed axes and flanked by the initials "BB", retaining a good percentage of its original silvered finish. Very good condition, complete with original tube joint pin fitting and rounded catch, minor service wear to high points.
