The Life Boys jersey uniform badge 1947 to 1966

A good original 'The Life Boys die-stamped large gilded brass badge', worn on the blue jersey uniform and produced during the utility restrictions of 1947 to 1954, after which it became an option to the enamelled version, but continued to be worn up until 1966 when the Life Boys came to an end. Very good condition, retaining original vertical pin fittings, minor service wear to gilt finish.
