An original rare short lived pattern "Assistant Scoutmaster hat badge", chromium plated arrowhead in circle, bearing 'R.S.' instead of stars and motto "Boy Scouts"; the reverse with maker's details "Firmin London" Excellent condition, retaining original red nylon plume and slider fitting.
