1912 Motor Club membership badge

A rare original gentlemen's gilt and enamel membership badge; circular white enamelled convex disc with 'Motor Club' in stylish gilt lettering, across the centre a black enamel scroll inscribed "Available until April 30th 1912', the reverse with maker's details "Spencer London." "Non-Transferable" and impressed with official low issue number "715". Very good condition, gilt remain bright, enamel perfect, an excellent example.
