British Medical Association BMA Oxford 1936 annual meeting badge

A good original oxidized silver plated badge for the annual meeting of the 'British Medical Association' in Oxford 1936, the reverse with maker's details "F&S" (Fattorini & Sons). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, minimal wear to plating.
Height 37mm.

The British Medical Association held their First annual representative meeting in 1903. Since 1974 the BMA has been recognised as a trade union.
