A scarce 'British Red Cross Society chromium plated small red cross enamel badge, worn at the neck of a blouse, (This Badge Must Not Be Worn On Plain Clothes) as stated in 'British Red Cross Society' Dress Regulations. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no stress or damage to the enamel.
