Greater Harrow District nursing association badge

A scarce circa 1940's 'Greater Harrow District Nursing Association Queens Nurses badge' in the form of a pewter plated shield inlaid with blue enamel, the reverse with maker's details "Marples & Beasley Birmingham" and impressed with official issue number "57". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, perfect enamel, minor wear to pewter plating on reverse.
