National Union of Boot & Shoe Operatives NUBSO membership badge

A cleverly designed example of a 'National Union of Boot & Shoe Operatives gilded brass badge' issued in 1963 in the form of two high heeled shoes one inlaid with black enamel the other in yellow and placed heel to heel enclosing the letters "NUBSO" on white enamel ground. Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting, no damage to the enamel, very minor service wear to gilt finish.
