Incorporated Church Scout Patrols ICSP hat badge 1909 to c1914

A rare original 'Incorporated Church Scout Patrols hat badge' brass die-stamped large round example, bearing in relief a Cross and 'I.C.S.P.' above a lion with motto 'Watch and Pray' to the rim. Very good condition, complete with original loops (slightly bent) and split pin.
Height 38mm.

The 'Incorporated Church Scout Patrols' was formed in 1909 and were an independent organisation to the Baden Powell Boy Scouts', they were absorbed into the 'Church Lads' Brigade' around 1913 /1914.
