Boys Brigade 1st Battalion Transvaal Cadets pre union cap badge

A rare original pre 1926 large die-stamped nickel cap badge, in the form of a faceted Garter star with oval title "1st Battn Transvaal Cadets" around a pre-union Boys' Brigade anchor. Very good condition, retaining original two loop fittings and split pin, an excellent example.
