A rare original circa 1930's 'Imperial Airways aircrew brevet wing uniform badge', gold wire embroidery on black felt backing, the reverse with black paper covered hessian lining. Very good used condition, bullion remains bright.

Imperial Airways was founded in 1924 and was merged into the British Overseas Airways Corporation in 1939, later to become British Airways.
