A scarce Boer War celluloid tin button badge with clear photograph of 'The Plucky Little Bugler' in Army uniform, the reverse with original paper backing with maker's details "Typographical Union Label" "The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark, N.J. Patented July 17, 1894. April 14, 1896. July 21.1896." Very good condition, complete with pin fitting and minimal rusting.
