BOAC Airline 1970 hallmarked 9 carat gold brooch

A scarce 'British Overseas Airways Corporation gold brooch', designed on the style of the 'BOAC cap badge' but of smaller proportions, the reverse bearing Birmingham 9 carat hallmarks for 1970 and maker's details "M.P". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch. An excellent example.
