City of London Maternity Hospital medal for distinguished service

A scarce cupro-nickel plated large medallion, the obverse with circular title ''City of London Maternity Hospital (Incorporated By Royal Charter)" and bearing the City's shield to the center, the reverse within a laurel and palm leaf wreath "Presented To Robin Christie Brown For Distinguished Service 1928 - 1959" and bearing maker's details "Spink London". Very good condition except for a mark to rim where it was once tested for silver, however this does not affect the appearance.
